FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
You are guaranteed 10 professionally edited photos regardless of session type, but many clients receive 30+ photos a session. Any focused image we can capture within your session's timeframe will be in your gallery.
How should we dress for our session?
Wear what you're confident in! I always recommend wearing solid colors or anything without a loud pattern like stripes or polka dots. I typically gravitate towards neutrals, myself, simply because that's what compliments my editing style the most.
What’s the best time to have a session?
Regardless of the time of year, an hour or so before sunset will give us the best lighting conditions. With that being said, depending on the time of year that is, it can be a little late in the day for little ones. In the case of having sessions mid day, locations that provide a natural shade will be the most complimentary for your session.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, will you pose us?
Absolutely! Instead of being a "smile and say cheese" photographer, I am an "run up behind her and kiss her on the cheek" photographer. I have found that candids or photos taken while playing around and having fun are the most cherished.
Do you have a contract?
As of January 1, 2025, I require all sessions to sign a contract that just ensures both parties are safe and taken care of during and after our session. I send this contract out via email at booking.
